Contained in the Jeep sales space on the 2022 SEMA present in Las Vegas, Nevada is an all-electric Jeep CJ 4×4 that Jeep’s calling “Surge.”
Whereas the press launch describes Surge as merely a “CJ,” the curved door bottoms inform us that the bathtub is both poached from a CJ-6 or a stretched CJ-5. Both manner, the body has been modified with customized mounts to just accept the electrical drivetrain.
